Returns
In the unlikely event that the merchandise you received was broken or damaged in shipping. We will make all efforts to contact shipping supplier and collect all information regarding the condition of the product. Will then determine if a replacement will be sent out to customers. If a mistake was made in your order, an AUTHORIZED RETURN will be accepted after contacting us via email within 48hrs of you receiving your order. You must obtain an RMA # and return all defective and incorrect items. We will cover cost of shipping at this point. If order was wrong on behalf of the customer and wishes to make an exchange the customer must pay for all shipping charges.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a SILENT STRIKE ENTERPRISES LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, SILENT STRIKE ENTERPRISES LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. SILENT STRIKE ENTERPRISES LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, SILENT STRIKE ENTERPRISES LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
